2Wish
Founded in 2012, 2wish offers immediate and ongoing support to those affected by the traumatic and sudden losses of children and young people aged 25 and under. The charity was set up after our founder, Rhian Mannings, found there was no support available following the death of her one year old son George, and her husband, Paul, five days later. We contact those affected within 48 hours of a referral, and offer a range of services, including; professional counselling, complementary therapies and support for professionals. The charity has also worked to ensure every A & E department in Wales has an appropriate bereavement suite, and has supported over 6,000 individuals.
Anyone affected by the sudden death of a child or young person aged 25 and under can contact us irrespective of how long ago their loss was, including those before the charity was created.
